Internal customer service standards;


2.1Service attitude


2.1-1、Invite our business personnel visiting intention client, under the condition of the customer time allows, visiting time should not be longer than 12 h;



2.1-2、Finished product quality problems, in the customer to ask questions, to arrived at the customer site within 8 h, 48 h to solve customer's problems;



2.1-3、A month of time according to customer's request to do a good job of reconciliation, billing and collection;


2.2Response time requirements


2.2-1、Customer requirements of product information and quotation (standard products), reply to the customer within 4 h;



2.2-2、Non-standard products: to improve and redesign two kinds big cash, cash and improved from the customer request to provide to the customer (including parameters and drawings) offer no more than 48 h, redesign the longest must not exceed 5 working days;



2.2-3、The sample inventory query and response time shall not exceed 30 minutes;Samples with no more than 4 h, under the condition of no more than 2 working days without inventory;



2.2-4、Delivery reply shall not exceed 1 hour;



2.2-5、Back orders shall not be more than 4 hours;



2.2-6、Non-standard products delivery standards: cash change models: 1.5-3 natural day (optical parts, complete mechanical parts need to redo);The new redesigned 12-30 natural day, according to the emergency degree to determine the time interval;



2.2-7、Standard product delivery: all shall be according to the requirement of the customer (delivery) on the contract;Shall not exceed the customer's requirements;
